Spectrum Syndicate Management Ltd (Spectrum) was authorised by the FSA in December 2001 and has a full range of non-investment insurance permissions enabling it to carry out all functions in relation to non-life insurance underwriting. Spectrum was authorised by Lloyd's as a managing agent in April 2002.

Spectrum manages 2 non-marine syndicates, 2112 and 5151 both established in 2007. The combined capacity for 2008 is £210m.

Spectrum also manages the run-off of 3 syndicates 53, 1121 and 1204.

Spectrum is owned by members of the management team.
