Spectrum Syndicate Management Ltd (Spectrum) was authorised by the FSA in December 2001 and has a full range of non-investment insurance permissions enabling it to carry out all functions in relation to non-life insurance underwriting. Spectrum was authorised by Lloyd's as a managing agent in April 2002.

Spectrum manages non-marine syndicates 1458 and 2112. Syndicate 2112 was established in 2007 and has capacity for 2009 of £70m. Syndicate 1458 commenced underwriting from 1 June 2009 and has capacity for 2009 of £70m.

Spectrum also manages the run-off of syndicate 53.
